The Busca Law Firm, LLC, located close to the New London Superior Courthouse in downtown New London, Connecticut, concentrates in the resolution of employment and labor relations disputes between employers, employees and unions.    Attorney Busca, a former Chief Negotiator at the collective bargaining table, has approximately twenty-four years representation experience in state and municipal government, education, fire service, skilled trades, public health and nursing, corrections and law enforcement, utilities, water pollution control, pari-mutual gambling, manufacturing and private industry. 

    Attorney Busca has a bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of Connecticut, a master's degree in labor relations from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a law degree, with a concentration in labor and employment law, from the Massachusetts School of Law.  During law school, he worked at the National Labor Relations Board in Boston.  Attorney Busca is an arbitrator with the National Association of Security Dealers, the American Dispute Resolution Center and the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection ("Lemon Law").  He is also a mediator with the State Department of Education, responsble for resolving collective bargaining contract disputes between municipal teacher and administrator unions and local boards of education.  He is currently the Chair of the Labor and Employment Section of the Connecticut Bar Association.
