  Outcome: Successfully defeated summary judgment-settlement. District Court decision found an employer obligation for reasonable accommodation under CT disability statute.

  Date: Not yet concluded
  Outcome: Motion to dismiss granted. Removal of organization as party to suit based upon standing.
• Brantley v. Local 825, New Haven Firefighters, IAFF
  Date: September 1, 2006
  Outcome: Motion to Dismiss granted. Suit under 42 U.S.C. 1981 of Civil Rights Act of 1964, along with common law torts, dismissed.
• Monique Almeida v. Athena Health Care Associates, Inc. and Bayview Health Care Center, Inc.
  Date: April 23, 2009
  Outcome: Denial of summary judgment-settlement. Summary judgment denied on all six counts involving violations of sexual harassment and retaliation under Title VII and CT Fair Employment Practices Act and interference and retaliation in violation of Family and Medical Leave Act.

  Outcome: Motion to strike defeated. Motion to strike defeated on whether denied bonus to plaintiff was a wage under Connecticut law, as well as following counts: negligent misrepresentation, breach of implied contract, breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing and negligent infliction of emotional distress in termination of plantiff.
