From Norwich and North:
Rte. 395 South to Rte. 32 South via Exit 78 (left hand exit).  Rte. 32 South to Downtown New London exit.  Turn right on Governor Winthrop Blvd.  Proceed to second traffic light.  Turn left at light past New London Superior Court and then immediate left onto State Street.  Office is in the first block on the right.
 

From Groton and East:
Rte. 95 South to Exit 84S (Downtown New London exit).  Turn right on Governor Winthrop Blvd.  Proceed to second traffic light.  Turn left at light past New London Superior Court and then immediate left onto State Street.  Office is in the first block on the right.

 
From Waterford and West:
Rte. 95 North to Exit 83 (Downtown New London exit).  Continue through traffic light at end of exit onto Huntington Street to traffic light near New London Superior Court.  Proceed straight and take left at traffic light in front of courthouse onto State Street.  Office is in the first block on the right.
